Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
 • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 • It must be in its original packaging (with all tags, seals, and accessories intact).
 • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@mbtnutrition.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
 • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
 • Custom or personalized items
 • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
 • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
 • Gift cards or final sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
As with all returns, items must be unused, with original tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
For returns valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
